Currency Trading
Currency Trading
The MAVEST COREFX offers investors the opportunity to participate in foreign exchange trading and to use the services of professional traders.

When trading stocks, bonds or commodities, the buyer is speculating on rising prices and the seller thinks rather of falling prices. The FX trading works slightly differently: Each currency business includes the purchase of one currency and selling of another currency. It is a real currency exchange. Someone who buys the currency pair EUR / USD believes in a rising euro.

Put another way: The buyer of the currency pair EUR / USD is "long" in euro and "short" positions in U.S. dollars.

Market participants can occur without restrictions as buyers or sellers of a currency pair. The daily trading volume of four trillion dollars is another strong argument for professional foreign exchange trading.

Various studies (for example, the Australian central bank) have shown that active and professional traders can take advantage of the Forex market, as companies pursue other goals and pay cash bonuses to other market participants. About eighty percent of the market participants do not even try to get an optimum exchange rate. Sometimes even the company's internal procedures are against timing.

Currency trading and the use of leveraged capital market instruments is considered highly speculative. High profit prospects are facing high risks. Trading on the currency markets can cause huge losses to a total loss. Each investor should be aware of these risks.
